研究情况

长期致力于新型低维量子材料的创制、结构相变及新奇物性研究。近年来一直致力于新型低维范德华过渡金属氧卤化合物的合成与物性研究,已合成系列低维氧卤化物如NbOI2、NbOI3 和WO2I2等,并发现其具有超高的二次谐波效应、室温铁电性、铁弹性和优异光电响应等性质。申请人博士及博士后期间师从中科院黄富强研究员,在二维层状亚稳态过渡金属硫属化合物研究领域取得系列开创性成果,首次合成出1T MoS2、1T’’’ MoS2、2M WS2等亚稳相晶体,并解析出其晶体结构和发现拓扑超导等奇特量子物性。目前,以第一/通讯(含共同)作者在Nat. Phys.(2篇)、Nat. Commun.(5篇)、Adv. Mater.(5篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Funct. Mater.(5篇)、Adv. Sci.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano(3篇)等国际高水平期刊发表50篇SCI论文,先后主持了国家自然科学青年基金、上海市启明星计划(A)、国家博新人才计划、中国科学院特别研究助理项目、上海超级博士后人才计划、博士后面上项目等科研项目。
